The KAL interview and joining process is detailed below;
- Email your CV/Resume to CCL, we will review this to ensure that you qualify and then forward you the KAL application documents.
- Complete the application documents provided by CCL as well as providing clear copies your license, medical and passport. This will register your interest with CCL.
- Once registered we will notify you via email of each interview announcement that KAL make. These tend to be received in the first week of each month and provide interview dates for the following month.
- You will then be required to email us to confirm your availability for the interview dates provided, you may be required to update your application documents.
- CCL will submit your application prior to the cutoff date that KAL set.

Approximately two weeks after the cutoff date KAL will advise us who they have selected to attend the interviews, we will email you to inform you of the selection. If you are not selected this does not necessarily mean that KAL are not interested in your application, they may well invite you to attend interviews.
- When invited to attend a screening CCL will arrange travel dates and further documentation. We will work closely with you to ensure that you are guided through the process.
- Submit Interview Application Documents.
- Attend the screening in ICN, undergo sim, medical and interview.
- KAL can to take up to a month to notify CCL of each applicants status, as soon as this is received we will contact you.
- Arrange joining date.
- If you are a non type rated applicant, you will need to arange to obtain your new rating at this stage.
- Prepare license documents and flight details to join.
- Join KAL and commence training. The training process to take 2 to 3 months.
- Checkout and commence line flying.
CCL has assisted many applicants through the screening and joining process, we are aware of most of the pitfalls and common errors that applicants can make and will brief you thoroughly at each step.
